A Carnival (CUK) cruise ship came dangerously close to two people on a jet ski on Saturday in Port Canaveral, Florida.
Carnival Cruise Line’s Magic Captain, Doug Brown, contacted the Brevard County Sheriff’s Deputy Taner Primmer when he noticed a jet ski with two women on it in the ship’s path, Florida Post reports. As Primmer arrived, the watercraft flipped over and both boaters fell into the water.
The entire fracas was captured in a video by a cruise passenger. It shows Primmer pulling the women on board his Sheriff’s Office boat just as the 130,000-ton cruise-liner whips by.
