Starbucks (SBUX) is adding a new summer drink to its menu.

Starting on Thursday, locations in the U.S. and Canada will serve Affogato-style Frappuccinos. The new beverage is inspired by the Italian dessert, affogato—a scoop of ice cream drowned in a shot of espresso. This new Starbucks version will feature one of the chain’s classic Frappuccinos, in place of ice cream, with espresso poured over it.

There will be three versions: vanilla bean, caramel, and mocha. However, customers will be able to order off the menu and add a shot of espresso to any flavor Frappuccino. The smallest option, a Tall, will cost between $4.25 and $4.75.

While no location has ever offered an Affogato-style Frappuccino on its menu before, the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room in the chain’s hometown of Seattle has been serving classic affogatos since late last month, made with local ice cream. The roastery also serves a Cold Brew Float, a Cold Brew Malted Shake, and a Shakerato Affogato, which is icy frothed espresso shots poured over ice cream and topped with vanilla syrup and a sprig of mint.

Starbucks continually adds new drinks to its menu. In June it rolled out the 460-calorie Double Fudge Bar Frappuccino, and for customers who want to cut down on the sugar, the chain brought back the 10 oz. Mini Frappauccino. The chain plans to introduce Nitro Cold Brew to over 500 locations by the end of the summer.
