Ivanka Trump is in hot water for allegedly copying another shoe brand’s designs—and not for the first time.

Last week, the Instagram account of Italian shoe brand Aquazzura posted a photograph of its ‘Wild Thing’ shoe next to Ivanka Trump Footwear’s ‘Hettie’ with the caption, “One of the most disturbing things in the fashion industry is when someone blatantly steals your copyright designs and doesn’t care. You should know better. Shame on you [Ivanka Trump]!”

The post was first noticed by The Fashion Law, which also pointed out that this was the second time Aquazzura had called out Donald Trump’s daughter’s eponymous label for copycatting. The first time was in January, when Aquazzura commented on one of Trump’s posts featuring the same shoe style, saying, “You should be embarrassed for copying young designers! Shame on you!!!!”

According to The Fashion Law, Aquazzura’s founder Edgardo Osorio is responsible for both Instagram posts.

This is not the first time Ivanka Trump’s label has been accused of stealing designs. In 2011, Derek Lam’s legal team sent Trump a cease-and-decease letter demanding the removal of a shoe style allegedly copied directly from the company, according to Woman’s Wear Daily.

Fortune has reached out to both Ivanka Trump and Aquazzura for comment and will update this story if and when the companies respond.
