You Can Now Get Apple Support Through Twitter

Apple is now helping its customers with product questions through Twitter with its new account, @AppleSupport.

Apple (AAPL) is now helping its customers with general product questions through Twitter.

The company opened @AppleSupport, on the social media platform on Thursday morning.

The account, which is already verified, has over 35,000 followers in its first few hours online. Meanwhile, it’s tweeted a total of 300 times about subjects ranging from Safari browser help to iPhone support.

Apple support has been plugged by Twitter (TWTR) CEO Jack Dorsey too.

While there’s still no main Apple account on the micro-blogging platform, the tech company did create a Twitter support account for its Apple Music service last October. That account has over 8 million followers.
