Videos: Before and after Apple ‘poached’ a Swiss luxury watch salesman

In two CNBC interviews, the charming Jean-Claude Biver, director of Switzerland's LVMH watch brands, talks about Apple.

On Friday, telling CNBC that Apple (AAPL) had hired one of his top sales directors, later identified as Tag Heuer’s Patrick Pruniaux, to “launch the iWatch.”

In March, saying “bravo” to Apple, which was trying but had so far failed to poach his best talent. The Apple bit starts at the 2:30-minute mark, but if you listen to the whole thing you’ll learn that he produces 35,000 watches a year at an average selling price of 18,000 pounds ($30,000). Not exactly Apple’s kind of market.
