Apple has sent out press invitations for an Oct. 22 event

FORTUNE — What might Apple (AAPL) have up its sleeve for the Oct. 22 event it announced Tuesday? Among the rumored new products:

• The iPad 5
• The iPad mini 2
• The new MacPro
• Mac OS X 10.9 “Mavericks”
